Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Please note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Damages & Lost Packages
Lukas Western Wear is not responsible for packages damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
